So, I've had this account for some time, as you can tell, I've never used it that much (or at all, but these are details 😅).
What is swiftly being named as "The Great Tumblr Migration" led me here, trying to find a new place to post my fandom thoughts, so here it is my new account, hoping that it's gonna be used and that we'll have a lot of new fandoms here, with this change in policy.
With that said, one of this days I'll write a good introductory post so, stay tuned.

Yeah, things seem to have calmed down quite a bit; well, that was expected I feel we're not really near a true ending for Tumblr but it's surely the first step of the future fandom migration (most of the people I'm following on Tumblr are creating some backup accounts here or on Pillowfort but will still post on Tumblr. Well, that's understandable, Dreamwidth nor Pillowfort, right now have vibrant communities with lot of participation or simply most of the fandom here).
For what introductory posts are concerned, I'm planning to write my uninspirational and unoriginal one as a sticky post, so it'll be easier to see.

((any chance your bio is up?))
I know for my blog that I had on Tumblr (SoCal Furs stuff) it has a message telling people where they can find us. All previous updates (including a few that were flagged as adult by Tumblr's system) are there for people to see but thats it... I think enough people will leave Tumblr (or have to in the cases of blogs that were ~90% NSFW) that its gonna be a ghost town.
As of now, I did get notice from Pillowfort telling me that it would be just a bit longer til they could issue me an invite code but politely asking me to hang in there. No problem for me. To be honest, my feeling of complacent permanence about social media was eroded a long time ago, so Im kind of in the "post up against the wall and wait it out" phase of things.
